Our RESIDENCES
Places with a past. Spaces for what comes next
Our residences are an extension of the way we experience Sicily —
slowly, personally and with a deep sense of place.
Historic homes, wild landscapes and spaces brought back to life with respect for
what was already there.
PALAZZO delle ROSE
AVOLA · SICILY - Sicily's Baroque Riviera
A historic Sicilian residence, quietly being brought back to life. Behind its rose-covered façade, Palazzo delle Rose is being restored as an intimate home for slow days, long dinners and life by the sea.

EDEN
NOTO · SICILY
Three hectares of wild Sicilian countryside overlooking Noto,
the sea and the landscape beyond.
Among ancient stone, fichi d'India, wild herbs and Mediterranean gardens,
a new kind of Sicilian retreat is taking shape.

Our Story CONTINUES
We are creating places we would want to discover ourselves — rooted in their surroundings, connected to the people around them, and unmistakably Sicilian.
